Moni Advani


Moni Advani’s career in the hospitality industry began at a young age, where he spent his childhood working in his family’s motels. After graduating college, Moni began his official career in the industry, investing in independent restaurants across Nashville, including Virago, Kayne Prime Steakhouse, MLRose, Chauhan Ale and Masala House, and Mockingbird. In 2013, Moni successfully recruited Food Network’s famed Maneet Chauhan to relocate from New York to Nashville to help him open his first restaurant, Chauhan Ale and Masala House, as an owner/operator. Since opening, the restaurant has since won numerous awards and accolades from top outlets such Travel + Leisure, Garden & Gun, The Tennessean, Nashville Scene, Eater Nashville, amongst many others.. Following the successes of Chauhan Ale and Masala House, Maneet and Moni teamed up to open The Mockingbird, a modern spin on a classic diner.
